
WHO IS CHEF BLUE?
Hi! I am Tonetta Blue, a Trenton, NJ native with a passion and true love for cooking. Following in the footsteps of my late father, who was a head chef at the Nassau Inn in Princeton, NJ. The oldest of four sisters, I am no stranger to being in the kitchen. I started cooking meals for my younger siblings at the young age of 9 years old. I have always felt that good food can and will bring any group of people together. As I got older and would cook meals by my dad’s side, I realized that cooking was my happy place. And so A Taste of Blues was born.
Cooking calms me and the excitement I get from people enjoying my food is priceless. My passion and love for cooking will surely show when your event is catered by me. I look forward to your future booking and letting me bring food with lots of soul and love to your loved ones.
